RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase.

Once the returned item is received on our premises we will process the credit on your next order which will be valid for a maximum of 6 months, with no extending over that period of time.

The value of the purchase must exceed the value of the credit.

The customer is responsible to pay and arrange for the shipping of those items.

If there is a damaged or faulty item we kindly ask for you to provide us with photographic proof, which you can send it to info@ozboz-eco.com

We ship your items from Portugal using the local post courier, we always recommend you purchase the tracking number.
Delivery times are as below : 
– EU: 7-15 working days*
– USA/Canada: 10-20 working days*
– Rest of the world: 20-45 working days*
– DHL Shipping 3-7 working days*

*Please note that the above is an estimate, the parcel can take more or less time depending on the country, time of the year and many other factors. Sometimes delivery can take up to 60 days, so if you don´t receive your goods by then please do contact us and we will help you resolve the situation.
* Working days are Monday to Friday only.

We require up to 3 working days to prepare and get your order ready to ship, specially if you order jewelry, fabrics and cords (not excluding other products).

During the holiday seasons it get´s very busy and exclusions may apply, which means orders can take longer to prepare and ship. Deliveries can also be delayed during those holiday seasons, to which we recommend you get your goods in advance to avoid disappointment.
